REFUND POLICY

 We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund or store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Please take care when trying on garments as we cannot accept items that have incurred any makeup stains or fragrance from perfume, body lotions, tan, pet hair etc.

HOW TO ORGANISE YOUR RETURN

To start a return, please email hello@lonelyismyhappy.com with your order number in the subject.  If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning any item(s) to our warehouse. Any returned item(s) are your property and remain your responsibility until they reach our facility.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS/STORE CREDIT

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund/store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note, our store credits do not have an expiry date.
