We are based in Sydney, Australia.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a very small team. Please note that this does not apply to pre-order items. 

WHAT’S YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We ship both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. 

We ship internationally to The United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Canada, France, Denmark, China, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Saudi Arabia, Israel and Germany.

We provide both standard and express shipping via Australia Post.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@lonelyismyhappy.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

CAN I PICK UP FROM A LOCATION?

We don’t do pick-ups from location. At this stage, postage is the only way to receive items.
